Repair Technician
Join Our Team!
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Repair Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with technology, solving problems; helping people and learning new skills we’d love to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on repair experience and be comfortable working with a variety of electronic devices and computers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Repair iPhones, including:
- Screen replacements
- Battery replacements
- Charging port repairs
- Repair tablets, including screen and battery replacements
- Repair laptops, including:
- Screen replacements
- Battery replacements
- Charging port repairs
- Software troubleshooting
- Build and assemble desktop computers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service
- Explain technical issues and repair recommendations in a way that is easy for customers to understand
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of relevant repair experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with small electronics and computer hardware
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to customers with little or no technical experience
- Dependable, professional and willing to learn
- A strong desire to continue developing your technical skills
