Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with Figma is required, including navigating design files, editing components, and building pages using a design system. A strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, content strategy, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards (WCAG) is also required.
Certifications
A UX Writing or UX Content Certification is required.

- Lay out pages in Figma using established AEM patterns and design systems; this includes selecting components and editing elements like buttons and headers.
- Write microcopy for user flows, ensuring clarity and usability.
- Collaborate with design teams to refine layouts and optimize page structure using pre-built design system elements.
- Apply human-centered design principles, user testing feedback, and content design principles to improve content.
- Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and brand guidelines.
