Senior Solutions Consultant - Health Insurance & Medical Stop Loss

Location: Boston, MA (Fully Remote)

About the Role: Work with sales and customer service teams to drive effective implementations of predictive analytics AI/ML solutions for underwriting and claims health clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the Health sales team by leading creation, development, and maintenance of sales demo environments and presentation materials
• Arm sales team with client success stories, KPI analyses, and reports quantifying client ROI
• Participate on sales calls, providing demonstrations and technical support
• Lead proof of concept (POC) engagements to turn POCs into production clients
• Field questions from technical understanding of ML models to general implementation tasks
• Lead discovery meetings to map underwriting processes and identify enhancement opportunities
• Validate reports and presentations to describe value of Gradient AI's solutions
• Provide direction on technical aspects of implementations to align SOWs with client intentions and team delivery expectations
• Support internal initiatives for product development
  
  

Requirements

• 6 years’ experience in health underwriting or actuarial role (stop loss, underwriting, pricing)
• ASA or FSA required
• Commercial/employer group health experience required
• Proficient in Excel; strong experience with PowerPoint or other presentation tools
• Experience working with sales team and performing client-facing duties preferred

Salary Range

$160,000–190,000 base salary annually, plus annual performance bonus, equity grant, and comprehensive benefits package.
