Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate system migration projects, workflow transitions, and process improvements.
- Audit, cleanse, and maintain Salesforce data to improve pipeline accuracy and forecasting.
- Support product, customer, and SKU data mapping and migration activities.
- Develop and implement AI driven automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Generate quotes, order forms, and sales documentation.
- Support contract administration, compliance requirements, and order fulfillment.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams to resolve operational and renewal issues.
- Serve as a Salesforce resource, supporting CRM administration, reporting, and data integrity.
- Maintain customer records, lifecycle tracking, and cross system data alignment.
- Analyze business processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Renewals, or a related business operations role.
- Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including reporting, data management, and process administration.
- Experience with data cleansing, validation, migration, and spreadsheet analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and data analysis functions.
- Experience with Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with AI workflow automation tools and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with e Builder, Cityworks, or similar workflow platforms.
- Experience supporting SaaS, software, technology, or enterprise sales organizations.
- Knowledge of government contracts, compliance processes, or regulated industries.
- Experience with business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data visualization tools.
