Responsibilities
- Positioning & Messaging: Develop and maintain core positioning for Kira as the first AI Operating System for education; create messaging frameworks for diverse audiences (educators, administrators, government, corporate learning). Conduct competitive analysis beyond feature comparisons; craft differentiation narratives. Keep messaging fresh as product evolves.
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Enablement to build GTM motions for various segments. Create sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies, objection-handling guides). Plan and execute product launches to drive awareness and demand.
- Customer & Market Intelligence: Develop deep understanding of customer decision-making and objections; synthesize voice-of-customer insights to inform strategy. Track EdTech and AI market trends.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product to translate roadmap into narratives; work with Learning team on pedagogical proof points; partner with Design on brand consistency.
- 4 years product marketing experience in EdTech (preferred), B2B SaaS, or enterprise software
- Proven ability to develop differentiating positioning in competitive markets
- Experience marketing complex value propositions to multiple buyer personas
- Strong writing skills; ability to make technical concepts accessible
- Comfort in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
- Clear, differentiated positioning consistently applied across channels
- GTM team actively uses provided materials
- Kira 2.0 launch generates significant awareness and qualified demand
- Kira recognized as category leader in AI-native education
- Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 (US, based on experience/skills)
