- Iterate on creative based on performance insights.
- Apply best practices regarding hooks, pacing, clarity, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Collaborate asynchronously with Creative Strategists and Growth teams.
- Maintain quality and consistency across high-volume output.
- Experience: 2 years strictly in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and e-commerce video editing.
- Portfolio: Must showcase high-performing paid social ad creatives and conversion-focused assets for e-commerce brands.
- Industry: Proven track record editing for health, wellness, and supplement brands.
- AI Proficiency: Deep proficiency with generative AI video suites (AI animations, advanced asset generation, talking-head enhancements).
