Job Overview
- Design, develop, and maintain custom components for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.
- Build and maintain Power Apps, including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Portals.
- Develop and deploy intelligent chatbot and virtual assistant solutions using Copilot Studio with natural language capabilities.
- Leverage AI Builder for predictive models, automation, and document processing use cases.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and support application lifecycle management processes using Azure DevOps.
- Design and develop Dynamics 365 CE customizations and enhancements (plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, JavaScript customizations).
- Develop conversational AI solutions using Copilot Studio.
- Integrate enterprise systems and external applications using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support activities.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance standards across environments.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development.
- Experience with conversational AI design and AI Builder solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management practices.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, conversational AI, and AI Builder.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse integrations.
- Familiarity with solution packaging, deployment, and version control processes.
- Experience with PCF controls, Power Pages, and advanced AI integrations.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Services and modern data integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
- Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Dynamics 365 development and architecture.
Salary : $60 - $65
