Job Title: Marketing Content Manager

Role Summary: Create and champion engaging wine content that makes wine more approachable, discoverable, and exciting for every type of customer—from serious collectors and passionate enthusiasts to everyday wine drinkers. Develop creative content strategies and ensure content is accurate, authentic, and coordinated across website, social, and video channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify content opportunities and themes; build audience-specific content strategies (collectors, enthusiasts, everyday drinkers)
• Oversee content quality, consistency, and brand alignment (coordination with designers, contractors, suppliers, internal stakeholders)
• Manage social media and digital video content planning and execution
• Coordinate production of producer profiles, region guides, educational resources, and landing pages for website and app
• Ensure accuracy and credibility of wine information across all channels
• Optimize digital content strategy using engagement, traffic, and performance metrics
• Leverage AI tools for content research, planning, creation, and optimization
• Track content performance and present findings/recommendations
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Deep wine knowledge and ability to communicate with novices and experts
• Creativity and trend-spotting ability
• Professional photography and videography experience
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills

Compensation: Base salary $65,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience)
