Job Summary: Qualifacts is seeking a hands-on content leader to manage the planning, execution, and scaling of marketing content across all channels. This role is crucial for helping mental health providers find clear, trustworthy technology guidance. The ideal candidate will mentor content creators, bring structure to complexity, and translate customer needs into actionable content.
Responsibilities
- Lead content execution across all marketing channels (web, webinars, email, sales enablement, paid, social, thought leadership).
- Design and align content with multi-channel nurture and lead generation campaigns.
- Coach and develop the Content Team, establishing workflows and SOPs for scaling content production.
- Translate provider pain points into clear and compelling content.
- Own editorial planning, including content calendars, execution timelines, and sprint planning.
- Utilize AI tools responsibly to accelerate workflows while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Leadership.
- Set quality standards for all content, ensuring accuracy, currency, and brand mindfulness.
- Own webinar programs and virtual experiences.
- Manage agencies and vendors supporting content marketing.
- 6 years of B2B marketing or content experience, with a proven ability to simplify complex topics.
- 2 years of people management experience (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation, project management, CMS platforms, and content operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint).
- Bonus: Experience with ON24, Trello, Pardot, WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Canva, LinkedIn, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bonus industry experience: SaaS, AI, technology, healthcare, and behavioral/mental health.
- Excellent editorial judgment and a human, credible, customer-centric writing/editing style.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Comfortable using AI and automation for content operations with sound judgment.
- Ability to lead a critical function within a growing marketing organization.
- Skilled in building scalable content plans across multiple channels.
- Proficient in partnering with senior leaders.
- Ability to motivate and align teams.
