Key Responsibilities
- Execute structured outbound campaigns using multi-touch GTM cadences (phone, email, LinkedIn, sales acceleration platforms).
- Run the entire pre-sales cycle (cold call, qualification, initial deep dive) and learn how to close opportunities.
- Engage prospects in conversations to uncover real business needs and identify valuable opportunities.
- Articulate Quantanite's value proposition, including AI, technology, operational expertise, and human capability.
- Secure access to senior stakeholders and economic buyers to improve deal momentum and win probability.
Essential:
- 3-5 years experience in SaaS, AI, consulting, technology-led BPO, CX, call centre solutions, or B2B sales.
- Proven experience in outbound pre-sales, opportunity creation, and early-stage deal progression using GTM frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience carrying a sales or pipeline quota of $1.2M or greater for at least 1-2 years.
- Hands-on experience with sales acceleration tools (Orum, Clay, Lemlist, Unify, etc.).
- Ability to identify business pain, understand commercial value, and distinguish real opportunities from low-probability pipeline.
- Strong communication skills to engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience in tech-led BPO, call centre, CX, AI-enabled operations, or consulting.
- Formal sales training (Miller Heiman methodology preferred).
- Experience selling into eCommerce, Travel & Hospitality, Utilities, Healthcare.
- Move into Account Executive role within 6 months.
- High dollar value contracts ($1-5M ) with commensurate commission increases.
- Access to emerging AI GTM strategies and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- High-performance culture focused on innovation, execution, and measurable impact.
