- Design and develop AI-enabled automation solutions integrating with Workday
- Utilize emerging and existing technologies to optimize business processes
- Deconstruct complex issues and develop automated solution options
- Analyze and refine business processes using agile methodologies
- Monitor deployed solutions for performance and continuous improvement
- Perform tasks using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Serve as advisor on automation providing objective insights
- Collaborate with teams throughout the automation lifecycle

- Knowledge of authentication protocols (Okta, JWT, OAuth, SAML, MFA)
- Expertise in logging (Azure Application Insights, Serilog) and testing (MSTest)
- Experience with Automation/BPM tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Platform, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar
- Prior AI, GenAI, ML, NLP, OCR experience preferred
