Job Summary
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will train, advise, and consult with customers to optimize their use of the monday.com AI work platform. You will lead implementation projects, manage ongoing engagements, and interact with customers to ensure success while planning and managing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation and implementation projects, designing and building tailored solutions (configurations, automations, reporting, user management).
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure successful platform adoption.
- Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures to solve complex business cases.
- Leverage monday AI and external Generative/Agentic AI tools to accelerate solution design and automate business logic.
- Act as a project manager for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring deliverables stay on-time and on-budget.
- Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers.
- Represent the voice of the customer by advocating for their needs and influencing the product roadmap.
- 2 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant, Managed Services Consultant, Customer Success Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
- Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects requiring hands-on build and system configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Generative/Agentic AI tools and understanding of leveraging AI for productivity and workflows.
- Experience with project management, CRM, service desk, and/or collaborative work management software.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills rooted in computational thinking and systems design.
- Strong customer-facing, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Positive attitude, empathy, high energy, and ability to take initiative.
- Preference for BA or BS degree.
- Plus: Foundational knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and integration tools (Make.com).
