The Role
We are seeking HR and Talent Professionals to join our Expert Network to train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using real people-operations expertise.
- Quick 10-15 minute skills test upon application.
- If successful, you'll join Prolific as a participant to train and evaluate AI models.
- Researchers pay up to $50 per hour.
- Tasks require one hour of uninterrupted work (some shorter).
- Professional Experience: 5 years in HR or talent acquisition at mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
- Compliance Expertise: Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Certification (Plus): Relevant HR certification highly preferred.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide nuanced feedback.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication and attention to detail.
- Payment: A PayPal account to receive payment.
- Evaluate AI Outputs: Review and grade AI-generated content on job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and employee policy interpretation.
- Scenario Creation: Develop realistic HR workflow scenarios (e.g., performance management, benefits enrollment, investigations).
- Data Validation: Annotate and label data for offer letter generation, leave administration, and workforce analytics.
- Compliance Auditing: Provide structured feedback on AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws.
- Framework Collaboration: Work with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications.
- HRIS Platforms: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or Oracle HCM (desirable).
- ATS Systems: Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Productivity & Analysis: Excel/Google Sheets for analytics; Notion/Jira for collaboration.
- Influence future AI models with professional expertise.
