What You'll Own
- Build and ship full-stack product features using modern JavaScript/TypeScript environments, with React and Next.js strongly preferred.
- Migrate workflows from legacy systems into newer platform architecture.
- Use AI-assisted development responsibly — review AI-generated code for correctness, maintainability, security, edge cases, and bugs via thoughtful testing and manual review.
- Contribute to team execution — turn product direction into working software, communicate proactively, improve code quality and testing practices.
- Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals with product problem-solving skills.
- Experience shipping features using AI-assisted workflows (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar).
- Ability to explain how you validate AI-generated code before production.
- Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript; TypeScript, React, and Next.js especially relevant.
- Care about clean, maintainable code and testing.
- Coachable, direct, and comfortable receiving feedback.
- Motivated by visible impact in a small-to-mid-sized company.
