- Be the answer: Run the website end-to-end (pages, landing pages, conversion, SEO/GEO). Make Dossier the answer for nurse executives and AI engines solving clinical competency.
- Pipeline programs: Demand gen and ABM against named health-system accounts using a HubSpot marketing stack you build and own (lead scoring, lifecycle sequences, attribution).
- AI workflows & scorecard: Build AI workflows to amplify a lean team; report marketing-sourced pipeline weekly.
- Customer proof: Produce a steady pipeline of case studies, video, and social proof.
- Category voice: Create pillar content (competency management, regulatory readiness, workforce economics) optimized for AI search, plus a LinkedIn executive-voice engine.
- Brand in practice: Ensure materials are authentic and sticky, using strong design instinct and modern AI design tools.
- U.S. events and webinars: Manage the event calendar, conference budgets, on-site execution, and repeatable webinar program with ROI measurement.
- You ship yourself – B2B SaaS operator who prioritizes by pipeline impact.
- AI-native in practice: built AI marketing workflows (prompt libraries, content engines, measurement automations) beyond just using a chatbot.
- Know HubSpot cold: Marketing Hub CRM workflows, lead scoring, sequences, attribution (non-negotiable).
- Can make AI engines cite you – understand how brands surface via ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews; measure entity coverage and share of answers; proficient in SEO/GEO.
- Turned customers into proof: conducted customer interviews, produced case studies and video, navigated enterprise approval processes.
- Own a modern website and have design instinct: comfortable in Webflow, HubSpot CMS, WordPress, etc., using AI-powered design tools (Canva Magic Studio, Figma, Adobe Firefly, Gamma, Midjourney, Ideogram).
- Senior communicator from a modern SaaS company: build category narrative, make complex value land. Healthcare/health-tech experience a plus but not required; strong operational SaaS marketer preferred.
