eLearning Instructional Designer (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to support the update and enhancement of existing eLearning content to align with UKG's new user interface for our global retail client. This role will update course content including screenshots, videos, simulations, and other learning assets. The ideal candidate has experience with Articulate (preferred) or Adobe Captivate, and Synthesia.

• Type: 1-month contract (possible extension), 40 hours/week
• Work Model: 100% remote
• Employment: W2 role via Stage 4 Solutions; health benefits and 401K offered
• Compensation: $50/hr – $53.50/hr
  
  

Responsibilities

• Update existing eLearning courses to align with UKG's new user interface
• Update screenshots, videos, and related learning content
• Modify eLearning modules using Articulate 360 (preferred) or Adobe Captivate
• Create instructional videos using Synthesia
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of all learning content
• Perform QA reviews of updated materials prior to release
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer
• Experience developing and updating eLearning content
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (preferred) or Adobe Captivate
• Experience using Synthesia for instructional videos
