A well-established SaaS company specializing in hyperlocal lead generation and public records data for small businesses, particularly in real estate, mortgage brokering, and home services.

Role Overview

Seeking an autonomous, operator-level leader to own, evaluate, and scale the existing growth engine through systems, experimentation, and execution. This role offers significant ownership and requires a systems-thinking approach.

Responsibilities

• Full channel strategy (paid, organic, affiliate, events, outbound) focused on performance leverage.
• Paid media leadership (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, TikTok).
• SEO and content direction.
• Partner/affiliate program ownership.
• HubSpot ownership (workflows, dashboards, attribution, data hygiene).
• Attribution validation and reporting.
• End-to-end event marketing.
• Design and continuous improvement of agentic marketing systems and automation workflows.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, with 2 years at Director level or equivalent scope.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic campaigns.
• Strong HubSpot expertise.
• Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Practical SEO experience (SEMrush or Ahrefs).
• Strong copywriting skills.
• AI-native operator experienced with agentic workflows and automation.
• Highly autonomous.
• Preferred: Experience in PropTech/Real Estate Tech marketing.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
• Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 20%
