About The Role

Oversee client delivery function for a growing digital marketing agency serving regulated, technically complex industries. Manage strategic accounts, enforce delivery standards, and develop team into trusted partners. Reports to senior commercial leadership as peer to account management.

Core Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Quality: Own delivery on time/budget; build process standards; maintain project management system; review deliverables; identify/escalate risks.
• Client & Account Focus: Understand client brand/marketing/commercial goals; use AI tools; partner with account managers; lead client calls; build trusted relationships; handle difficult situations.
• Leadership & Team Management: Own delivery margin; align with business goals; recruit/develop PMs; manage resource allocation; set performance expectations; identify team gaps; provide reporting; drive AI/tool adoption.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience at a marketing agency (complex projects on time/budget).
• Prior team management experience (hiring, development, performance management).
• Experience building/redefining Client Delivery function.
• Deep familiarity with PM tools, time-tracking, agency workflows.
• Strong understanding of website development, CMS, UX, SEO, digital marketing.
• Financial acumen (budgets, scope, profitability).
• Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence.
• Fluency with AI tools (active curiosity and daily use).
• Adaptable, resilient, growth mindset, comfortable in lean environment.
• Working knowledge of regulated/complex categories.
