Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Building Demos: Develop open-source "showcase" applications, including end-to-end RAG pipelines and recommendation engines.
- Applied Innovation: Prototype new use cases for vector search using emerging AI patterns (e.g., Long-context RAG, Agentic workflows).
- Content Creation: Write technical blog posts, record video tutorials, and create educational resources.
- Technical Events: Lead presence at hackathons, workshops, and mentoring.
- Public Speaking: Deliver presentations and live coding sessions at industry conferences.
- Community & Social Engagement: Serve as a "first responder" on platforms like Discord and GitHub; support developer needs internally.
- Local Leadership: Host meetups and act as the primary contact for the local AI scene.
- Technical Depth: Strong coding background in Python, Rust, Typescript, or Go. Interest in vector search, embeddings, and LLMs.
- Communication Mastery: Ability to explain complex technical architecture clearly in writing and on stage.
