Role Overview: This role is for a customer-facing Customer Sales Engineer who will be the primary technical and product expert for the Account Management team. The focus is on supporting customer expansion through complex renewal and upsell opportunities by demonstrating advanced technical value and architecting solutions.

Role Overview: This role is for a customer-facing Customer Sales Engineer who will be the primary technical and product expert for the Account Management team. The focus is on supporting customer expansion through complex renewal and upsell opportunities by demonstrating advanced technical value and architecting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product activation during renewal and expansion cycles.
- Support existing customers during trials/proofs of concept (POC) of the platform.
- Identify customer pain points, challenges, goals, and requirements during trials/POCs of additional products.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for support queries during renewal and expansion cycles.
- Assist with customer security assessments, RFPs, and business cases.
- Collaborate to improve the trial/POC experience for customers.
- 3 years in a customer-facing, post-sales technical role (e.g., Renewals focused Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Sales Consultant, Technical Account Manager).
- Experience in a post-sales or expansion-focused role is highly preferred.
- Comfortable and effective in a commercial-driven environment, partnering with sales and success teams.
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC landscape.
- Passion for becoming a subject matter expert on a complex software platform.
- Strong API knowledge (REST APIs).
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
