As a Bilingual Copywriter on the Creative Marketing team, you will create English and Spanish copy for digital, social, CRM, and campaign channels to connect with Spanish-speaking sports fans in the U.S. You will support the Sportsbook segment, working with the Copy Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure cultural relevance and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Creative Pod: Adapt and extend copy across formats for campaign initiatives.
- Copy Production: Write bilingual copy for social media, email, push notifications, in-app messaging, web, and digital ads.
- Versioning & Adaptation: Execute multiple variations based on briefs, ensuring cultural resonance.
- Transcreation: Create native, culturally relevant Spanish copy beyond literal translation.
- File Prep & Delivery: Prepare and organize final copy for handoff.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread for errors, brand voice, grammar, cultural appropriateness, and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work with designers, project managers, and marketing teams.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with Spanish-language digital marketing and iGaming trends.
- 3 years copywriting experience.
- Native/near-native fluency in English and Spanish.
- Portfolio showing bilingual or Spanish-language digital, social, and CRM copy.
- Deep understanding of U.S. Hispanic culture and sports fandom (soccer, NFL, NBA, boxing).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages.
- Familiarity with AP Style, but adaptable to internal style guide.
- Proficiency in AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) and editing tools (e.g., Grammarly).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with digital platforms and fast-paced environments.
- Passion for sports and writing about live betting moments.
- Experience in iGaming or regulated industry preferred.
