You will be a creative, data-driven storyteller dedicated to growing brand awareness, building trust at scale, and shaping a new brand program through strategic content across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies tailored to drive awareness and build trust with audiences in the restaurant, stadium, and venue sectors.
- Identify new content topics using customer interviews, competitive analysis, and internal council insights with a journalist's instinct for storytelling.
- Plan and produce diverse content formats, including video podcasts, live event webinars, and interactive web pieces.
- Create and manage detailed editorial calendars aligned with distribution teams, organic social channels, paid campaigns, and email marketing.
- Own bi-weekly newsletters that package video content, blogs, and customer stories.
- Interview internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), incorporating customer voices and proprietary data.
- Manage webinar platforms and CMS to ensure smooth end-to-end attendee experiences.
- Define and implement content models and schemas to standardize structures for scalability.
- Partner with Product Marketing to execute product launch campaigns and landing pages.
- Map content to the buyer's journey and align plans with business goals.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation velocity and develop new content formats.
- Measure, analyze, and report on content performance to refine topics and messaging.
- Continuously update, optimize, and repurpose content to maintain relevance.
- Monitor the latest content trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- 5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally within a tech company (bonus points for e-commerce or point-of-sale experience).
- Proven strategic thinking and ability to drive cross-functional participation and enthusiasm.
- Experience with multiple content varieties (video, webinar, written, interactive) and channels (social, email, campaigns).
- Top-notch research, communication, and editing skills with strong storytelling instincts.
- Strong editorial sensibility, balancing AI-enabled insights with human creativity.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Ability to distill complex information into easily understood, marketable content.
- Fluency in revenue marketing basics (lead scoring, content-influenced pipeline, funnel stages).
- Extremely well-organized with impeccable attention to detail regarding editorial calendars and deliverables.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving information.
- Experience with Copy.AI.
- Experience with interactive content development tools (e.g., Ceros).
- Experience managing a podcast.
