What You'll Do
- Own the day-to-day GTM engine for Amuse
- Turn library of 10,000 stories, real places, and AI-generated content into social posts, email/SMS campaigns, first-touch copy, and ASO copy
- Run content calendar and publishing cadence end-to-end (scripting, production, shipping)
- Execute against strategy and channel priorities set by founder
- Own local-journalist and city-creator outreach around launch moments
- Monitor engagement and feedback for fast optimization
- 2-4 years in content, growth execution, or marketing ops at a startup or fast-moving team
- Shipped work across at least two channels (social, email, blog, video)
- Track record of taking loose direction and running with it
- Strong writing instincts
- Organized enough to manage calendar and cadence solo
- Bonus: experience with local press or community/creator outreach
