About The Role

Requirements
- Bachelor’s in CS, Software Engineering, IS, Data Science, or related field
- 1 years of experience with software products, APIs, data systems, or AI applications
- Hands-on experience with MCP servers and AI assistant/LLM integration
- Experience designing/building/integrating APIs
- Working knowledge of Python, Java, and SQL
- Ability to own projects independently from concept to implementation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Curiosity about AI, LLMs, agent frameworks, and emerging technologies
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Support development of AI connectivity layer, MCP servers, conversational data experiences
- Translate technical capabilities into customer-facing value, write PRDs
- Gather and prioritize product requirements, user feedback
- Analyze customer usage patterns with AI-powered products
- Identify product performance/usability opportunities
- Partner with Product leadership on challenges, solutions, and execution
- Work with APIs, databases, and technical systems
- Assist with testing, documentation, and release activities
- Research emerging AI technologies and best practices
- Own meaningful initiatives while receiving mentorship
- Product Management/Technical Product Management experience
- Experience with AI applications, chatbots, agents, or Agentic workflows
- Exposure to JavaScript, front-end tech, or web app development
- SaaS, AI, analytics, data platform, cloud, or enterprise software background
