Job Summary

Proofpoint is seeking an experienced AI Integration Specialist to drive AI solution delivery within the customer office. This remote role combines technical problem-solving with business acumen to configure, build, troubleshoot, and integrate solutions using the Amazon Quick platform. The ideal candidate will extend platform capabilities, partner with the business to enable AI for measurable impact, and independently resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Design & Development: Design and build complete AI solutions, including agents, multi-step workflows, and integrations, making decisions on architecture, context, data retrieval, and grounding.
• Platform Configuration & Administration: Manage AI platform environments, including agent deployment, knowledge base architecture, data connectors, access controls, and workspace organization.
• Data Orchestration & Integration: Design data flows between business systems (Salesforce, Totango, Jira, Redshift, Snowflake) and the AI platform, ensuring field mapping, transformation logic, and data quality.
• Technical Problem-Solving & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve complex issues across the AI stack, forming hypotheses and isolating root causes.
• System Integration & Extensibility: Extend platform capabilities using integration frameworks and develop custom connectivity solutions as needed.
• Workflow & Automation Development: Design automated workflows and multi-step processes, optimizing orchestration, error handling, and trigger logic.
• Program Champion Enablement: Partner with embedded program champions to identify use cases, build solutions, and expand AI adoption via office hours and demonstrations.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain feature documentation, SOPs, and capability guides.
• Business Consulting & Opportunity Identification: Identify AI opportunities by understanding business workflows and pain points across services teams.
• AI Landscape Evaluation: Track AI trends and evaluate emerging tools to recommend alternative solutions where appropriate.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor solution performance, identify improvements, and iterate for ongoing value delivery.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Education: 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 4–7 years of experience in a technical, business consulting, or AI integration role.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Ranges (USD):

• SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area: $123,200.00 - $193,600.00
• California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska: $102,300.00 - $160,820.00
• All other cities and states: $92,100.00 - $144,705.00
  
  

Note: Salary reflects cost of labor across geographic markets. The actual offer depends on the candidate's specific knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity.
