Key Responsibilities
- Business Discovery & Requirements Gathering: Meet with stakeholders to understand workflows; facilitate discovery sessions; analyze processes for automation opportunities; translate business requirements into technical AI solutions; present recommendations to leadership.
- AI Solution Design & Development: Design enterprise AI solutions using LLMs; build Generative AI applications; develop AI agents and agentic workflows; create RAG solutions with vector databases; design APIs and integrations.
- Agentic AI & Workflow Automation: Deploy autonomous/semi-autonomous AI agents; design multi-agent orchestration; develop prompt engineering and context management; implement evaluation frameworks for accuracy, latency, and performance; establish AI guardrails and responsible AI practices.

- 5 years in software engineering, solution architecture, consulting, or related roles.
- Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with stakeholders.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions.
- Strong programming experience with Python.
- Experience with: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, RAG Architectures, Vector Databases, APIs and Enterprise Integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience with Epic or other EHR platforms.
- Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Experience with: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience supporting AI governance and responsible AI initiatives.
- Experience leading technical projects or mentoring engineers.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex workflows.
- Comfortable working directly with executives and department leaders.
- Ability to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to move from strategy discussions into hands-on implementation.
