Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Agentic AI solutions for business process automation.
- Build autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents with reasoning, planning, tool usage, retrieval, memory, and multi-step execution.
- Develop multi-agent systems for collaboration on business objectives.
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure OpenAI, open-source).
- Build RAG solutions with vector databases and enterprise knowledge.
- Implement agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- Develop APIs, microservices, and backend services for AI applications.
- Integrate AI agents with CRM, ERP, ticketing, collaboration tools, databases, and SaaS apps.
- Implement observability, monitoring, evaluation, logging, guardrails, and governance.
- Identify automation opportunities and measure value.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend approaches.
- Develop using Agile/Scrum.
- Optimize for performance, reliability, cost, and user adoption.
- Troubleshoot production AI issues.
- Serve as technical advisor on AI automation strategy and architecture.
- 5 years software engineering experience.
- 1 years building Gen AI or Agentic AI in production.
- Experience with AI agents interacting with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, etc.).
- Strong Python skills.
- Experience integrating commercial and open-source LLMs.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, agent design, memory, context, workflow orchestration.
- Experience with RAG and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, DevOps.
- Ability to interpret SDK documentation and implement integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI).
- Experience with MCP implementations and AI tool ecosystems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
