Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement/Sourcing Professional to lead end-to-end Professional Services sourcing and procurement, with a strong focus on Technology Consulting and enterprise consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing for Professional Services and Technology Consulting engagements.
- Lead supplier sourcing, negotiations, contract review, redlining, and commercial discussions.
- Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and governance.
- Manage supplier relationships across global regions (US, Europe, Asia, South America).
- Ensure procurement compliance, audit readiness, documentation, and engagement approvals.
- Support procurement initiatives through spend analysis, reporting, and stakeholder presentations.
Required Skills
- 7 years of Professional Services/Consulting Procurement & Strategic Sourcing experience.
- Strong experience sourcing Technology Consulting, Advisory Services, Managed Services, and Professional Consulting.
- Hands-on experience with contract negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and redlining.
- Experience working in regulated procurement environments with compliance and audit requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, supplier negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting global procurement organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets procurement experience.
- Exposure to category management, spend analysis, procurement reporting, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve procurement efficiency.
