About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead IAM / Collaboration Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise identity systems and collaboration platforms across a global environment.
This role is critical in ensuring secure, seamless access to systems while enabling modern collaboration and maintaining compliance with evolving security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and manage enterprise identity platforms such as Azure AD / Entra ID and Okta
- Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Zero Trust models
- Lead identity governance, provisioning, and access lifecycle management processes
- Oversee and optimize Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, and related services
- Manage enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zoom
- Implement conditional access policies, compliance controls, and security frameworks
- Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams to define authentication and access strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access issues across distributed global environments
- Drive automation and continuous improvement in identity workflows and processes
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and enterprise collaboration platforms
- Strong expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID and/or Okta
- Hands-on experience with SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and identity security best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
