Wage: $28 - $32 per hour DOE

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
A Day in the Life:

Assist the Marketing team with the processing of resident move-ins and move-outs

Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries from prospective and current residents and their families about the community and services provided with a polite and professional demeanor

Act as the primary point of contact for residents and their family throughout the move-in/out process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience

Provide detailed and engaging property tours, using sales skills to highlight amenities and services provided at Chateau

Process security deposits and assist with lease-related paperwork as needed
Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferred

1 or more years of administrative experience

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred but not required

Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook ) is required

Ability to read, write and speak English
