Assisted Living Nurse Manager
Active LPN
Location: Chateau at Bothell Landing (Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
Wage: $100,000–$110,000/year Monthly Bonuses
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 ($2,500 paid at 90 and 180 days)

Your Role:
As an Assisted Living Nurse Manager, you will be a key leader in our care team. You’ll ensure exceptional care standards while fostering a positive environment for residents and staff.
- Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments for prospective and current residents
- Ensure compliance with all DSHS standards
- Oversee the medication assistance program
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare providers
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate caregiving staff
- Ensure accurate care documentation for appropriate revenue capture
- Maintain adequate staffing levels and provide coverage when necessary
What You Bring:
- Active LPN license (WA State)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in long-term care, ideally in Assisted Living
- Prior supervisory/management experience
- Knowledge and sensitivity to aging and elder care
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to pass a DSHS background check (some negative actions may be negotiable)
