Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, tree trimming, pruning, and gardening to maintain vibrant outdoor spaces.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently for various maintenance tasks.
- Conduct lawn care activities such as edging, aerating, fertilizing, and overseeding to promote healthy turf growth.
- Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures through repairs and cleaning.
- Execute snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access pathways and parking areas.
- Assist with irrigation system installation, inspection, repair, and seasonal adjustments to optimize water efficiency.
- Support tree care activities including planting, trimming, removal, and hazard assessment to promote healthy growth and safety.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping machinery and construction equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for various maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles related to gardening, landscape maintenance, and plant health.
