SEAFOOD RAW BAR COOK/OYSTER SHUCKER
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and perform job duties to the expectations of the restaurant
· Oversee raw bar station.
· Ensure freshness and quality of raw bar products, ensure ice is well stocked.
· Prep raw bar items as needed, including but not limited to oysters, crudo, caviar, and more.
· Maintain utmost cleanliness of station, avoid cross contamination, especially of allergens.
· Operate ethically to protect the image of company.
· Maintain a clean, safe environment in the dining room and all service stations at all times.
· Maintain a good working relationship with others by promoting teamwork and fostering a harmonious working climate.
· Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested - KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
· A passion for food, wine and service
