What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Care Provider position at Chateau at Rifle,TCOLLC?
Shifts are 6 am to 2 pm. Oversight of facility and resident care during the day or night. Provide assistance with care, cleaning and sanitizing facility, laundry, serving meals and ADL assistance for residents. We provide training in all area's of the job tasks required to do the job you are hired for. We also require CPR/First Aid training which we will train for and there is an opportunity to train for QMAP at the expense of the facility as well. There is a $1 differential for staff who work the night shift. PCPs work 8 hour shift. Must pass a drug test, consent to background checks, and must have a TB (tuberculosis) test prior to starting training.
