The Role
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to add fuel to the fire of a fast-growing startup, and do both strategy execution.
You’ll own the growth engine end-to-end (acquisition → activation → retention) and work directly with the CEO and GTM team to turn Chatbase into the category leader.

What You'll Do
- Scale inbound demand and build a repeatable system for experimentation measurement
- Partner with GTM to increase pipeline quality
- Collaborate with product engineering to ship growth features
- Hire and manage growth functions as channels mature (SEO, lifecycle, paid, content)
- 5 years in growth / marketing / GTM roles (B2B SaaS)
- Experienced owning growth metrics and scaling acquisition channels
- Highly analytical and data-driven
- Competitive base early equity
