About The Role
This is a founding growth role reporting directly to the Head of GTM. You'll work on things like: paid ads, outbound infra, conversion, linkedin UGC, events/conferences, partnerships.
Who We're Looking For
→ 2 years in a growth role, startup ops, or other high-performance environments.
→ Track record of consistently exceeding goals.
→ Strong communicator with a deep curiosity to learn.
Logistics
This role is in-office five days a week in downtown Toronto. We offer generous early equity at a bootstrapped & profitable startup.
