- Multi-line phone management, customer greeting, and front office operations
- Daily CDK inventory entries, VIN pulls, vehicle labeling, and stock board maintenance
- Fleet deal entry, sold reporting, and Assignment of Proceeds (AOP) preparation
- Bilingual customer support throughout the sales and F&I process
- Competitive hourly pay — paid bi-weekly
- Monday through Friday schedule with occasional extended hours during busy periods
