Key Responsibilities
- Order Coordination — Review incoming wholesale parts orders, verify availability, and prioritize based on urgency, customer type, and delivery routes.
- Route Planning — Assign delivery routes to drivers, optimize stops, and adjust plans based on traffic, weather, or urgent add-on orders.
- Communication Hub — Act as the central point between:
- Parts counter staff
- Wholesale customers
- Delivery drivers
- Inventory/warehouse team
- Driver Support — Provide instructions, handle issues on the road, and ensure drivers have correct paperwork and parts.
- Problem Solving — Address missing parts, backorders, incorrect deliveries, or customer complaints quickly and professionally.

- Customer Service — Maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts by ensuring reliability and responsiveness.
