About the Role


We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects ranging from $10 million to $150 million throughout Southern Arizona. You'll partner closely with Project Directors, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Preconstruction teams to successfully deliver projects while providing an exceptional experience for our clients.


Responsibilities


  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop project buyout strategies and review subcontractor scopes
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and monthly financial reviews
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, drawings, and project documentation
  • Develop and manage project schedules, phasing plans, and milestones
  • Collaborate with field teams to implement Lean construction practices
  • Participate in design and preconstruction meetings, providing constructability and scheduling input
  • Support GMP development, cost strategy, and contract administration
  • Build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Identify and solve project challenges while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule
  • Deliver projects the CHASSE way—with integrity, collaboration, and exceptional client service


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects
