Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct support and guidance to clients in various settings, including home and community.
- Monitor and document client progress and behavior data accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families in both English and Spanish.
- Assist in the development of client-specific goals and objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Requirements:
- Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree is a plus.

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
