Warehouse Associate (Forklift/Reach Truck)
Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time (Approximately 25 hours per week)
About the Role
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and organized Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse, safely operating warehouse equipment, receiving and organizing inventory, working directly with vendors, and preparing products for our retail locations.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift and reach truck to move, load, unload, and store inventory.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries.
- Communicate professionally with vendors during deliveries and pickups.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and report any discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for maximum efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution to company locations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Dispose of trash, keep storage areas orderly, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Follow all company safety procedures and food safety standards.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Experience operating both a forklift and reach truck is required.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting professionally with vendors and delivery drivers.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
