What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sushi Chef position at Chashu Ramen?
Chashu Ramen in Worcester, MA is looking for one sushi chef to join our 41 person strong team. We are located on 38 Franklin Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.
You will be working under the supervision of the Sous Chef, the Chef De Cuisine, and the Owner/Executive Chef. You possess an inherent sense of urgency, a great sense of humor, the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, an unwavering positive attitude, honesty and integrity!
Additional requirements:
● Knowledge of and interest in Japanese Cuisine and cooking techniques.
● Knife skills.
● Interest in learning all stations.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
● Willingness to work weekends, holidays, AM & PM shifts based on business needs.
● Maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
● Working and moving quickly, with purpose
● Ability and knowledge of setting up/breaking down stations for service;
● Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
