Job - SAP SD (MP2C) Business Analyst
Location: South San Francisco, CA - Onsite
Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced SAP SD Business Analyst with strong expertise in Marketing Plan to Cash (MP2C) and Order to Cash processes. The role focuses on designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP SD solutions within a global pharmaceutical environment.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable SAP solutions integrated with multiple enterprise systems.
Core Responsibilities
SAP SD Solution Design & Implementation
- Design and optimize end-to-end SAP SD (Marketing Plan to Cash) processes.
- Lead workshops and facilitate key design decisions using SAP best practices.
- Translate business requirements into SAP functional designs and technical specifications.
- Configure, build, test, and deploy SAP SD solutions.
- Support solution delivery in collaboration with implementation partners.
Business & Technical Collaboration
- Work with global and local project teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads.
- Communicate solution designs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build strong relationships with business partners and client stakeholders.
Integration & Cross-Functional Support
- Support integrations between SAP SD and:
- Model N
- SFDC (Salesforce)
- SAP ATTP
- SAP Hybris
- Other enterprise systems
- Handle SAP interfaces including:
- IDocs
- XML
- Web Services
- CIF integrations
Documentation & Testing
- Prepare:
- Functional specifications
- Technical documentation
- Test plans
- Test execution documents
- Ensure solutions comply with validation and quality standards.
Strategic & Global Delivery
- Recommend scalable SAP solutions for global deployment.
- Minimize duplication and maximize business value across regions.
- Support continuous process improvements in Order to Cash operations.
Required Skills & Experience
SAP Expertise
- 8 years of ERP experience in global enterprise environments.
- 4 years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Order Management

- Experience with SAP MM/WM integration.
- Understanding of cross-module integration:

Industry Experience

- Minimum 3 full SAP implementation lifecycles.
- At least 1 implementation experience in a lead role.
- Experience from blueprint phase through go-live support.
