Job Description:

As a Service Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for calibrating and adjusting a variety of test equipment. These include force gauges, transducers, temperature and humidity devices, flow meters, dew point meters, hand tools, digital multimeters, and current probes. This role requires proficiency in navigating different databases and calibration software platforms while ensuring timely communication regarding issues or discrepancies.

You will utilize Windows OS and Microsoft Excel in your daily work, assisting with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting complex calibration issues. A deep understanding of calibration and metrology principles is essential, as you will be recommending cost-effective corrective actions to improve operational processes.

In this role, you will:

• Effectively manage work schedules, considering volume, priority, and customer expectations.
• Maximize resource utilization and multitask efficiently to meet service center goals.
• Continuously improve operational processes and ensure accuracy in calibration tasks.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A 2-year technical degree or equivalent training/certification is preferred.

Experience:

• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of calibration and metrology principles, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to recommend and implement cost-effective corrective actions.

Other Requirements:

• Onsite work is required (this is not a remote or hybrid position).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
