Position Overview
The Yard Coordinator is a logistics professional responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of daily equipment move-in lists and maintaining accurate inventory tracking of all incoming and outgoing cargo. This position plays a critical role in supporting efficient operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Inventory Management: Track and record all cargo entering and leaving the facility, maintaining precise details using company-designated software.
· Transportation Oversight: Verify that all crates listed on the daily pick list are appropriately pulled, uncrated, and transported to their designated locations.
· Document the arrival of all incoming trucks and enter cargo information into the company’s software system.
· Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all required documents are filled out accurately and submitted daily, maintaining compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
· Demonstrated experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to meet strict deadlines consistently.
· Effective team leadership and collaboration skills.
Requirements
· Must be able to work outdoors in a construction environment for up to 10 hours per day exposed to weather.
· OSHA 10 Certification
· Must successfully pass a 10-panel drug screening at any time.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
