The CNC Machine Operator will play a critical role in a medium-sized team (6-10 members) responsible for operating and maintaining various CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines. Responsibilities
- Setup and operate CNC machines such as lathes and milling machines
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Handle materials efficiently throughout the production process
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime
- Monitor production progress and machine performance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in CNC machining
- Proficient in machine setup and blueprint reading
- Strong quality control skills
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving and time management abilities
