POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the cleaning, and preparation of suites. Maintain your focus on Guest Satisfaction and proactively do whatever necessary, in accordance with Company

policies and procedures, to ensure this is met.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean suites and public areas in accordance with Company SOPs.
• Cleaning includes, but is not limited to: daily cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting and washing dishes.
• Notify Property Care Manager of any problems with equipment or linens.
• Bring all Lost and Found items, as well as unreturned videos, to the Property Care Manager for storage.
• Follow proper key control procedure for issued keys.
• Inspect laundry for stains and wear, returning items to Laundry Person as needed.
• Deliver items to guest rooms as requested by the Front Desk or Management.
• Follow emergency procedures, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), safety precautions and safest work habits.
• Properly use all chemicals and equipment per manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Remain aware of any and all potential security problems and any suspicious or unusual situations and report them to your Supervisor, Manager on Duty and/or the GM.
• Respect the privacy of Guests and protect the security of their personal property. You are responsible for their safekeeping while in their suite.
• Restock cart at end of shift, stock needed linens and bring dirty linens to laundry as needed.
• Carry out any reasonable request by Management.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

• Demonstrated skilled on cleaning processes, proper use of cleaning chemicals
• Be knowledgeable about your Property’s layout, facilities and services so that you can answer questions from Guests.
• Know emergency procedures, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), safety precautions and safest work habits.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and move on your feet for extended periods of time (maximum 5 hours at a time, 10 hours in total/day)
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• The ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, kneeling, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
• Ability to climb stairs in extreme weather conditions and push/pull a loaded supply cart.
• Ability to work with a wide range of cleaning chemicals and materials.
