Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct welding tasks as needed for structural repairs or modifications.
- Apply electrical experience to diagnose and resolve electrical issues within the facility.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot effectively.
- Execute mechanical maintenance tasks, including inspections, adjustments, and repairs.
- Oversee residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards of the facility.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management.
- Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff members during maintenance projects.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
- Experience using an ohmmeter for electrical testing.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Leadership experience, particularly in supervising maintenance teams or projects.
