Job Title: Territory Manager - Healthcare Services & Solutions
Candidates could live in either Louisville, or Lexington, KY
Compensation:
- Salary: $65,0000-$70,000
- Total Comp with Commission target: $130,000-$140,000 (Uncapped. Strong reps are well over $200,000 annually)
- $600 monthly for car allowance mileage reimbursement

Overview
We're looking for a motivated and independent sales professional to manage and grow a defined territory. In this role, you'll build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help more people access important services and products. Key Responsibilities
- Create and follow a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Generate new leads through networking, outreach, and territory planning.
- Build relationships with decision makers and influencers.
- Present the company’s services and value in person and through digital communications.
- Support existing clients and identify ways to improve service and grow referrals.
- Track performance and adjust plans to improve results.
- Attend regular sales meetings and collaborate with internal teams.
- Complete administrative tasks such as CRM updates, expense reports, and travel planning.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of outside B2B sales experience (5 preferred); consistent top sales performance is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem solving.
- Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a bonus).
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet goals.
- Willing to travel 25–35% for meetings and events.
Working Conditions
- Most work will be done in the field, meeting with clients and building new relationships.
- Some physical activity may be involved, such as driving, sitting for extended periods, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Occasional national travel may be required for meetings or conferences.
