Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in general maintenance, painting, and turn key/unit turnover tasks
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to properly prepare surfaces and apply paint to walls, ceilings, and trim
- Experience with cleaning, minor drywall repair, caulking, and hardware installation
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work after-hours or weekends as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, painting, or related field
- Familiarity with common tools, equipment, and safety protocols used in maintenance and painting
- Demonstrated ability to complete turn key/unit turnover tasks efficiently and with high quality
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety instructions, and maintenance manuals
- Certification in maintenance or a skilled trade (preferred, but not required)
